Wessex Garages are currently looking to recruit Car Sales Advisors for our Kia dealership in Feeder Road, Bristol. You will be responsible for selling vehicles, as well as promoting Finance, Insurance products, and Paint Protection.

Job Specification

In this role, you will support our customers throughout their buying journey—from their first interaction to driving away in their new car. With our comprehensive training and development program, you'll develop skills to engage with customers, identify their needs, and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards.

Person Specification

Key Information

• Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (with a 1-hour lunch). Day off in lieu during the week, one late shift per week, and Sunday working required during March and September.
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
