GSF Car Parts is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets and promoting product promotions. You will handle telephone and online enquiries, build relationships with customers and work with the team to achieve branch goals.

Ideal candidates have telesales or customer service experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales and/or customer service in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Answer telephone queries and electronic queries; promote product promotions.
• Fully satisfy customer needs for part orders and queries.
• Contribute to a positive team performance and personal sales targets.
• Coordinate with Distribution Co-ordinator to meet delivery requirements.
• Develop product knowledge via internal literature and learning portals.
