Lagardère Travel Retail (IRE) at Heathrow’s Discover London store seeks a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional service and drive sales in a fast-paced travel retail environment. You will greet customers, offer product knowledge, handle transactions, and keep displays inviting.

Qualificações

Job purpose:

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product inquiries, and help drive sales in a retail environment. You will ensure that the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing. Additionally, you will handle transactions, manage customer issues, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

This role is for our Discover London store at Heathrow Airport.

Accessing the airport:

A five-year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check, will be required for this role as the store is airside in the departures lounge. This will be discussed in more detail at interview stage or please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
