Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a Sales Advisor for the Christmas period on a fixed term contract (4-8 hours). You will deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store standards to help build lasting customer loyalty.

In this role you will achieve sales targets by showing passion for the product and brand, provide accurate product information, promote our multi‑channel options, and process transactions with care, contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Clear communication skills and a friendly approach.
• Experience in retail industry preferred.

Purpose of the role:

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store

Key Skills and Experience:
