Job summary

Crew Clothing is seeking a Sales Advisor for a Christmas temporary fixed term contract (4-8 hours) in the United Kingdom. You will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain store standards and help drive sales during the festive period.

You will share product knowledge, inform customers about features and stock, promote multi-channel shopping, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. The role requires flexibility and accuracy in transactions, aligned with brand values.

Qualifications

• Customer service focused and able to communicate clearly.
• Experience in retail industry.
• Good IT skills; luxury fashion brand experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.
