Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in the UK is seeking a Sales Advisor for a Christmas temporary contract (4 hours) to deliver outstanding customer service and help maintain the store to high standards.

You will assist customers with product information, promote multi-channel shopping, process sales, and create an inviting, welcoming atmosphere to drive customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Customer service focused and able to communicate clearly.
• Experience in the retail industry.
• Capable of meeting sales targets with product knowledge.
• Good IT skills desirable.
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.
