Job summary

Seasalt in Sidmouth is looking for a Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our beautiful shop on an 8-hour temporary contract. You’ll deliver exceptional service, demonstrate knowledge of our brand and products, and help customers with purchases online and in-store.

You'll support store cleanliness, stock handling, and KPIs while offering a friendly, team-focused experience and representing Seasalt’s values in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, inspiring service with thorough brand knowledge.
• Recommend services and solutions to drive sales and data capture.
• Drive multi-channel sales by directing customers to the website and processing online orders.
• Resolve customer issues with a first point resolution approach.
• Support the Store Manager to drive sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
• Assist with store visual merchandising and using product data to maximise opportunities.
• Be flexible and support all operational tasks including stock, loss prevention, health and safety.

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Part Time Sales Advisor on a 8 hour temporary contract to join the team in our beautiful shop in Sidmouth.

You’ll help us by:

• Delivering an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services
• Recommending additional services and solutions to our customers to drive sales and gather customer data
• Actively driving sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting with the processing of online orders
• Having a first point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seeking out solutions for the benefit of the customer
• Supporting the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement
• Helping with implementing store visual merchandising, windows standards and guidelines and utilising all product, categories, and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store
• Having a flexible approach to your work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as management of stock, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards amongst others
