Job summary

Stellar Global is seeking a Magic AI Sales Advisor to join the team at John Lewis, Glasgow. This six-month fixed-term contract offers £15 per hour for a 10-hour week, with Saturday and Sunday shifts and comprehensive training to get you up to speed.

You will deliver premium customer service, demonstrate products, and help convert interest into sales while aiming to hit personal and store targets. A passion for fitness or wellness and a consultative approach are valued.

Qualifications

• Premium customer service experience required.
• Ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs.
• Able to work independently.
• Interest in fitness or wellness preferred.

What experience you’ll need to be successful:

• Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
• The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
• Studying / Achieved sports qualifications would be advantageous
• Able to work independently
