Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a Sales Advisor for a part-time position in Wales. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining store standards to foster loyalty and repeat visits.

Responsibilities include hitting sales targets, providing accurate product information, promoting multi-channel shopping, handling transactions, and adapting to store needs, all while upholding our brand values and exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Experience working in a retail environment and delivering excellent service.
• Familiarity with POS and basic IT tasks in a store setting.

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers

• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
