Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a Sales Advisor - Part Time to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store standards, helping build loyalty with every visit.

You will work 4 hours per week in our Cheltenham store, assisting customers with product knowledge, processing transactions, and contributing to a welcoming, stylish shopping experience.

• Customer service oriented with focus on customer experience.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working in retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.
