Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high store standards. This role supports driving sales while promoting our brand and multi-channel shopping options in a welcoming environment.

You will contribute to customer loyalty and ensure accurate product information and stock availability, while processing transactions with care in line with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Experience in retail; luxury fashion brand is a plus.
• Ability to work 4 hours per week in a part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.
