About the role

Can you manage a Sales Development on one of our Sites?

We are looking to recruit a Sales Advisor to join our sales team based in our Teesside region. Your role is primarily to manage the day-to-day sales function on a development and be the first point of contact for potential and actual customers. You will have responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets.

You should be self-motivated, target-driven, and organized with good IT proficiency. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for delivering first-class customer service and who will be rewarded with potential excellent earning opportunities and the chance to further your career with a leading national house-building firm.
