Job summary

PLUMB CENTRE in Cwmbran (NP44 1TY) is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor to build relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice, prepare quotations, and identify opportunities to grow branch sales.

A valid UK driving licence is essential as you will drive an LCV to deliver orders to customers and sites. The role requires prior customer-facing experience and a team-oriented, positive attitude to support colleagues and

• Build strong relationships with customers at the trade counter and over the phone.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice and prepare quotations.
• Identify opportunities to grow branch sales.
• Driving a Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV - up to 3.5t) to deliver orders directly to our customers and their sites.
• Previous customer facing experience.
• A confident, positive and approachable attitude.
• A genuine passion for providing great customer service.
• The enthusiasm to work as part of a team and support colleagues in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
• Full UK Manual Driving licences essential.
