Job summary

LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to help deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships at our branch in the UK. You will become the trusted advisor for LKQ Euro Car Parts products, collaborating with colleagues to meet customer needs and improve margins in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You should thrive in a busy branch, excel at talking to customers, and be driven to achieve and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering fantastic customer service.
• Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.
• Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve.
• Knowledge of SOP systems.
• Be results-driven and motivated to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to win sales, improve margin and deliver great service.
• Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts products for customers, seen as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with branch areas to ensure customer needs are met.
• Ensure all callbacks are completed promptly.
• Work with internal teams to understand products and anticipate customer needs.
• Liaise with Warehouse to manage returns and reduce return rate through strong relationships.
• Use business data to identify opportunities across customer groups and product ranges.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers aiming to win sales, improve margin and have excellent customer service within the branch
• Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings to customers and be seen as the trusted advisor
• Working collaboratively with the other areas of the branch, ensuring that the customer needs are met
• Ensure all call backs are completed in a timely manner
• Work closely with other internal teams across the business to understand our products and be one step ahead of our customer needs
• Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand customer returns and look to reduce our return rate by building better relationships with our customers
• Utilising relevant business data to understand the opportunities across all customer bands and product groups

Skills and Experience

• A passion for and experience in delivering f antastic customer service
• Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer serviceposition
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
• Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve
• Knowledge of SOP systems
• To be result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets
