Job summary

The Best Connection in Lichfield is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to join their busy furniture retail team. You'll greet customers, understand requirements, and help them choose products within budget.

You will demonstrate features, process orders, and work toward store sales targets while keeping the showroom tidy and developing product knowledge; previous retail experience is welcome, but attitude and personality matter.

Our client is looking for a friendly, confident and motivated Sales Advisor to join their expanding team. If you enjoy speaking to people, helping customers find the right products and working in a busy retail environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be an important part of the customer's experience from the moment they walk through the door. You'll take the time to understand what they're looking for, offer helpful advice and help them choose furniture that's right for their home and budget.

Your duties will include:
