Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a premium retail brand with their search for a Sales Advisor to join their Bath City Centre team. This role offers a warm boutique environment and the chance to provide an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy helping customers find great gift and product ideas. Weekend and bank holiday work is required.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail, hospitality or sales environment.
• Friendly, confident and approachable with a passion for delivering great customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and making recommendations.
• Smart and professional approach with strong presentation and attention to detail.
• Reliable, flexible and happy to work weekends and bank holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and make thoughtful recommendations, including gift ideas and product suggestions.
• Processing sales and operating the till accurately.
• Supporting with stock replenishment and ensuring products are presented to a high standard.
• Maintaining an attractive, clean and welcoming boutique environment.
• Supporting with opening and closing procedures, daily cleaning and general housekeeping.
• Assisting with in-store promotions and contributing ideas to enhance the customer experience.
• Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique.

• A genuine interest in premium products, gifting, food or retail would be advantageous.

• Additional language skills would be desirable but are not essential.

Salary - £13.00 per hour during probation, rising to £13.60 per hour following successful completion

Hours - 40 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays as and when required
