Cinch Cars is looking for a Customer Experience and Sales Advisor to join their team in Gatwick. The role primarily involves assisting customers with vehicle inquiries, guiding them through purchases, and maintaining high service standards. Salary:£26,000 with an OTE of £40,000
Work pattern:5 days out of 7 including weekends

Purpose of the role:
The cinch Customer Experience and Sales Advisor is the first point of contact with cinch customers in a cinch Store, either in person or by phone. They represent the cinch brand, our mission of faff-free motoring, and our company values.
They assist customers by providing information and answers to questions about vehicle ranges, performance & technology, as well as guiding them through our faff-free online buying process, using a customer-first approach to help customers ‘cinch’ their next car.
