Job summary

Antalis is seeking a customer-focused individual to onboard customers into our e.club programme and support the Digital Sales Team in turning conversations into opportunities. You will process stock and pricing inquiries, provide product advice, and keep CRM records up to date to ensure a smooth customer journey.

You'll proactively engage with existing and new customers to drive digital adoption and qualify inbound inquiries, working closely with sales to hand over opportunities effectively.

About the Role

• Process stock and indent orders for customers, highlighting our website as an alternative option.
• Supporting customers with pricing, product advice and follow-up activity.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records to support a seamless customer journey and boarder visibility.
• Onboarding customers into our e.club program, helping them get the most from our digital offering.
• Proactively engaging with existing, new and inactive customers to drive digital module.
• Qualifying inbound enquiries and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Working closely with our sales teams to ensure opportunities are handed over effectively.
