Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in Cheltenham is seeking a Sales Advisor (Part Time, 4 hours per week) to deliver outstanding service and uphold our store standards. You will be a friendly, knowledgeable presence on the shop floor, helping customers find the right clothing and creating a welcoming environment.

You will contribute to sales targets, share product knowledge, promote multi‑channel options, and support the team with accurate stock information and smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused retail experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and politely
• Experience in fashion retail preferred

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi‑channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers

Purpose Of The Role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.
