Crew Clothing Company is looking for a Sales Advisor on a part-time basis to join our Brighton store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and upholding store standards in a luxury fashion retail setting.

You'll assist customers with product information, manage transactions, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment while promoting our multi-channel options. The position offers flexible hours and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store

Purpose Of The Role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.
