Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is hiring a Sales Advisor for a part-time role in Fleetwood. You will generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining store standards, helping to retain customer loyalty.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing product information, promoting multi-channel options, and ensuring a welcoming store environment. Prior retail experience is preferred, with good communication and IT skills viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Customer service focused and able to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both listening and speaking.
• Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
• Desirable: good IT skills.
• Desirable: experience working in a luxury fashion brand.

Purpose Of The Role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi‑channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
