Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking a proactive Sales Advisor to join our UK branches. You will build customer relationships, handle sales inquiries by phone and online, and promote product promotions.

In this fast-paced role you’ll work with the sales team to meet personal and team targets, liaise with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure timely delivery, and develop product knowledge through internal literature and e-learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales and/or customer service.
• Able to work well under pressure and deliver results.
• Organised with great attention to detail.
• Target driven and able to handle rejection.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• IT literate.
• Knowledge of car parts and familiarity with MAM/Allicat is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

About The Role

At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors make it happen. They are outgoing, dynamic and passionate, and always ensuring they are giving the very best service. They care about their customers and our business, and this is part of the foundation to making our business so successful.

Main Duties Include

• Developing sound customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
• Working within the sales team on sales of product promotions by answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries
• Fully satisfy customer needs in respect of any part orders, respects or queries they may have
• Contribute to a positive team performance whilst working on personal benchmarks to optimise personal performance and work on sales product promotions
• Liaise with the Distribution Co-ordinator as required ensuring delivery requirements to customers are met
• Develop knowledge of products through study of internal literature
• Use E-learning portal to improve performance

Working Hours

45 (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working

About You

As a Sales Advisor, you will have experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally gained in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
