ProCook is seeking a confident Sales Advisor to create an inviting shopping environment and help customers choose the perfect high‑quality products. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, answering queries and delivering exceptional service while working in our Bishops Stortford store.

You’ll thrive if you enjoy product knowledge, have retail or customer service experience, and can work flexibly including weekends. Bonuses are offered based on targets and performance.

We are looking for a confident, customer‑centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high‑quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer‑facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.
Come and join our team in our Bishops Stortford Store! We have 1 x 12hrs permanent part time contract available. Flexibility for this role is key.
