Job summary

Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose optical and hearing products that improve their lives. You will greet customers warmly, provide expert guidance, and process sales and bookings in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork and independent initiative, with full training and a supportive, family-run culture.

Qualifications

• Basic IT skills and strong attention to detail are also required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism

• Process sales and bookings using in-branch systems
• Support stock management and merchandising
• Keep the store clean, welcoming, and well presented
• Work closely with Optometrists, Hearing Aid Audiologists and the wider branch team to ensure a seamless customer journey
