Compensation and Benefits

As a Sales Development Representative at haart Estate Agents in Sheerness, you will receive:

  • £25,000 basic salary
  • Additional commission scheme

Training and Development

Role Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly business targets
  • Manage valuation activities and generate leads using ROSIE software
  • Implement structured canvassing strategies and track leads
  • Engage proactively with prospects and clients via calls, social media, and face-to-face activities
  • Ensure high-quality customer engagement to generate referrals and positive reviews
  • Participate in regular coaching and development sessions
  • Manage portal opportunities and inbound inquiries effectively

Minimum Requirements
