Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with strong customer service skills to join our team as a Sales Adviser. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to business development, market expansion, and representing our Estate Agency locally.

What You Will Receive as a Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents in Maidenhead:

  • Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm (Monday to Friday), 9am to 5pm on Saturdays

Training Program:
  • One-week training at the Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, including hotel accommodation
  • Follow-up training within the first five to six weeks
Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieving business targets consistently
  • Managing valuation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways and ROSIE software
  • Conducting outbound calls for valuation opportunities
  • Fulfilling property call-out campaigns and maintaining ROSIE standards
  • Preparing for and participating in morning meetings
  • Implementing door-knocking and canvassing strategies, tracking leads and opportunities
  • Engaging in daily 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Managing portal opportunities via Rightmove and On The Market
  • Responding to intranet leads and maintaining customer communication
  • Generating referral business through excellent customer engagement
  • Participating in local prospecting activities and building personal brand via social media
  • Handling inbound calls to register applicants and identify opportunities
  • Encouraging and securing 5-star reviews from satisfied customers

Minimum Requirements:
  • Full, clean UK driving license and own vehicle in good condition
