Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Adviser in Barking. This role focuses on canvassing and prospecting for new business, ideal for someone passionate about sales. As a Sales Adviser, you will drive new business opportunities, increase market share, and represent our Estate Agency in your local area.

What We Offer
  • £25,000 basic salary

  • Full-time hours: 8:30am-6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am-5pm (Sat)

Training and Development

Initial two-week training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, including industry-leading training and fully-paid accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet and exceed business targets
  2. Generate valuation opportunities and manage leads via ROSIE software
  3. Implement structured canvassing strategies, including door knocking and social media outreach
  4. Engage in daily meetings and coaching sessions
  5. Respond promptly to inbound calls and online leads
  6. Build and maintain a strong local presence and reputation
