Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Adviser at Dereham. This role involves canvassing and prospecting for new business and is ideal for someone passionate about sales. As a Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, increasing market share, and representing our Estate Agency in your local area.

What You Will Receive:
  • £25,000 basic salary
  • Additional commission scheme

  • Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm, four weekdays, and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays

Your journey begins with one week at our Learning & Development Centre, which includes industry-leading training, a fully-paid hotel stay in Colchester, and a second week of training within the first five to six weeks of employment.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Meeting and exceeding your business targets
  • Managing valuation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways and ROSIE software
  • Proactive outreach for valuation opportunities via outbound calls and campaigns
  • Preparing for and participating in daily meetings with updates on valuation pipelines
  • Leading door-knocking and canvassing strategies as the Canvassing Champion
  • Engaging in regular 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Managing portal opportunities on Rightmove and On The Market
  • Responding to intranet leads and managing Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers
  • Generating referral business through excellent customer engagement
  • Participating in local canvassing activities, including social media, door knocking, and leaflet distribution
  • Handling inbound calls for registrations, valuations, viewings, and financial services
  • Seeking opportunities for Google reviews to enhance brand reputation

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Full, clean UK driving licence
