As a Sales Development Representative at haart Estate Agents in Colchester, you will receive:

  • £25,000 basic salary
  • Additional commission scheme

  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Sales Development Representative will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester

How you will make an impact as a Sales Development Representative at haart Estate Agents in Colchester:

  • Ensuring that your daily, weekly, and monthly business targets are always met
  • Being the custodian of the Spicerhaart Ways for Valuation generation activities within the branch
  • Proactively communicating with all valuation opportunities within our ROSIE software through high outbound call volumes
  • Fulfilling call-out campaigns targeted at properties for sale and maintaining ROSIE standards
  • Attending the Morning Meeting with updates on the valuation pipeline
  • Leading as the Canvassing Champion with structured door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies
  • Engaging in daily 1:1 meetings for coaching and business development
  • Managing portal opportunities via Rightmove and On The Market daily
  • Responding to intranet leads daily
  • Using ROSIE to communicate with Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers and close valuation opportunities
  • Generating referral business through excellent customer engagement
  • Participating in local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media, door knocking, and leaflet distribution
  • Handling inbound calls to fulfill applicant registrations and identify opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
  • Seeking Google review opportunities to build brand and personal reputation

  • Full, clean UK driving license
  • Access to your own vehicle in good condition
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
