As a Sales Development Representative at haart Estate Agents in Walderslade, you will receive:

Training:

Your journey as a Sales Development Representative will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
Role Impact:
  • Ensuring that your daily/weekly/monthly business targets are always met
  • Acting as the custodian of the Spicerhaart Ways for Valuation generation activities within the branch
  • Proactively communicating with all Valuation opportunities within our ROSIE software system through high outbound call volumes
  • Fulfilling call out campaigns targeted at properties for sale and maintaining ROSIE standards
  • Preparing updates for the Morning Meeting on the valuation pipeline
  • Leading as the Canvassing Champion with structured door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies
  • Engaging in daily 1:1 meetings for coaching and business development
  • Managing portal opportunities via Rightmove Opportunity Manager and On The Market Valuation Manager
  • Responding to intranet leads daily
  • Communicating frequently with Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers via ROSIE to close valuation opportunities
  • Generating referral business through excellent customer engagement
  • Participating in local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media, door knocking, and leaflet distribution
  • Handling inbound calls to fulfill applicant registration and identify opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
  • Seeking 5-star Google reviews from engaged customers to build brand and personal reputation

Minimum Requirements:

To be eligible, you will need:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle in good condition
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Basic IT proficiency and attention to detail
  • Legal right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate)

Interview via video call will be required at some stage.
