We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual for the role of Sales Adviser at our haart branch in Ashford. This position centers on canvassing and prospecting for new business, ideal for someone passionate about sales. What You Will Receive
- £25,000 basic salary
- Additional commission scheme

Training and Onboarding

Role Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
- Manage valuation activities following the Spicerhaart Way
- Proactively communicate valuation opportunities via ROSIE software
- Fulfill call-out campaigns for property sales and maintain ROSIE standards
- Prepare updates for the valuation pipeline in morning meetings
- Implement structured door-knocking and canvassing strategies, tracking leads effectively
- Engage in regular 1:1 coaching sessions with your manager
- Manage portal opportunities on Rightmove and On The Market
- Respond to intranet leads daily
- Maintain regular contact with Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) clients
- Generate referral business through excellent customer engagement
- Participate in local canvassing, prospecting, and social media activities to build your personal brand
- Handle inbound calls, register applicants, and identify opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services
- Seek opportunities for 5-star Google reviews from engaged customers

Minimum Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving license
