Responsibilities
  • Client Coordination & Scheduling: Managing the administrative side of client enquiries, including scheduling property show rounds, organising appointment and ensuring all client information is accurately recorded. A strong focus on customer service and prior administrative experience would be beneficial.
  • Sales Support & Documentation: Supporting proactive sales activity by managing RFP documentation, tracking deadlines and ensuring all submissions are accurate and completed on time. At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry would be a perk!
  • Strategic Administration: Providing administrative support to help deliver both new direct and pipeline business in line with the Hotel’s commercial needs and budgets. Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to support strategies that align with business goals.
  • Event & Appointment Coordination: Assisting with the administration and coordination of networking events and appointments to promote The Manchester Deansgate as a Hotel of choice. Familiarity with corporate and conference market segments is advantageous.
  • Supporting Event Planning: You will act as a support for our events by coordinating some of the smaller events, supporting with the invoicing and chasing accounts to ensure everything is processed smoothly. Great IT skills are a must for this role – you will be working across multiple systems and ensuring data is accurate!
  • Creative Planning: You will support to create items such as menu designs and table plans for our events – having a passion for creativeness and ability to execute this is a huge benefit!
