Job summary

Travail-Employment-Group is recruiting a Sales Administrator for Stonehouse. The role is permanent with a salary up to £25,350 and a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. You will be the first point of contact handling calls, placing orders and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and able to cope under pressure in a busy environment.
• Previous experience in customer service paired with administrative duties is desirable.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive a large number of incoming calls as a first point of call in to the business.
• Direct calls to other departments if necessary.
• Place orders via telephone or email and input orders accurately.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure products are dispatched and delivered on time.
• Reception cover (ad hoc) and see orders through to delivery.
• Communicate regularly with Representatives to ensure excellent customer service.
