Job description

£12.50ph, Monday - Friday, early Friday finish, Temp to perm, Weekly pay, 28 days holiday, Free parking, Sheffield, Immediate start, excellent benefits if role is made permanent.


Due to an increase in demand and continued success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a world-renowned business, with very high staff retention, based at their modern manufacturing facility in the Sheffield area. Working as part of a small and friendly team and reporting to the Sales Office Manager. Day to day duties include:



  • Maintaining company databases.

  • Assisting and supporting sales executives.

  • Data inputting using bespoke software.

  • Scanning, filing and photocopying.

  • Responding to company enquires via phone and email.

  • Processing orders.

  • Inputting purchase orders.


This role would suit someone with experience of Administration who has worked as an Administrator, Sales Assistant, Data Administrator, Administration Assistant, Office Clerk or Office Administrator within a distribution, production or manufacturing environment. The successful Administrator will:



  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft software.

  • Possess excellent communication skills.

  • Pay close attention to detail and have great problem-solving skills.

  • Be able to work as a part of a team.
