VANRATH Recruitment - Front of House & Sales Administrator

VANRATH is assisting with the recruitment of a Front of House & Sales Administrator for a major company specializing in Consultancy and Order Processing.

Position Type: Permanent Full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexible start and finish times (8:00am / 8:30am / 9:00am).

Location: Lisburn Road, Belfast

Salary: £27,000 - £29,500 + benefits and progression opportunities

Responsibilities:
  • Manage order processing, engaging with key customers, sales teams, and coordinating with Supply Chain & Logistics to meet customer demands.
  • Handle front of house duties including reception, telephone duties, hospitality, greeting visitors, meeting room setup, post distribution, and office organization.
  • Organize monthly office events, planning themes and activities to enhance team engagement and office culture.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a similar role, particularly in customer planning and order processing (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Ambitious with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy environment, be a quick learner, and support team needs with enthusiasm.
