What Youll Be Doing As Sales Administrator

  • Being the first point of contact for incoming enquiries by phone and email
  • Keeping customers informed on their orders, from initial enquiry through to delivery
  • Preparing accurate quotations and checking order details to ensure everything aligns
  • Supporting the Sales Team and ensuring theyre up to speed on any updates
  • Updating and maintaining CRM and ERP systems with accurate customer data
  • Coordinating export documentation and compliance (experience a bonus but not essential)
  • Handling return requests and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Managing the company switchboard and supporting other departments where needed
