Job description

Quaker Houghton is a global leader in industrial process fluids, delivering a wide range of services across various sectors such as Aerospace, Automotive, and Medical.

Position Overview

This is a fixed-term, part-time position for approximately 12 months, covering maternity leave.

The successful candidate will work as part of a small team in Raglan, Gwent, Wales.

Responsibilities
  1. Managing daily enquiries and telephone calls from customers.
  2. Providing administrative support to the team.
  3. Preparing customer quotations, assisting with order processing and packing of goods.
  4. Following up on sales through mailing and telephone calls.
  5. Conducting market research, website development, maintenance, and marketing.
  6. Preparing customer, company, and purchase order documentation.
Requirements
  1. Sales administration experience (preferred).
  2. Customer service experience (preferred).
  3. Numerical and commercial skills (preferred).
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (essential) and Sage 50.
Benefits
