Director of Client Relations at Haswell Training Ltd

Haswell Training is a dynamic and growing provider of professional training and development services. We are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

We’re now looking for a Sales / Admin Coordinator to join our team – someone who can drive growth, strengthen customer relationships and help take Haswell Training to the next level.

The Role:

As our Sales / Admin Coordinator, you will play a vital role both in sales operations and administrative support. This is a key position for significant progression as the company continues to expand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer enquiries and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting the sales process from lead generation through to closing deals
  • Confidently answering incoming calls and providing professional, knowledgeable support
  • Attending client meetings, both in person and virtual to build relationships and promote services
  • Providing administrative support to the training team
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems and company records
  • Acting as a central point of contact between clients and internal departments
  • Meeting monthly set targets

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a sale, customers service or client relations role
  • Training company experience is desirable but, not essential
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and representing the company in meetings
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Motivated self-starter who is eager to grow with the company
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus
  • A passion for learning and personal development
