Job summary

Tegometall in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive customer service professional to handle order processing, progress monitoring and close collaboration with production and logistics. You will review inquiries, provide price information, support customers over the phone, handle complaints and manage key accounts.

A commercial education and experience in a similar role are expected; SAP and Microsoft Office skills are advantageous.
