Job summary

Tegometall, a leading international manufacturer of shelving systems and shop fittings, is seeking a project-focused professional to plan, manage and deliver complex store and shopfitting projects in the UK. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure projects meet scope, budgets and timelines.

The role requires proven project management experience, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within a commercial or technical environment.
• CAD knowledge desirable.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana, or similar).
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with defined objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Define project scope, milestones and resource requirements.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of all project phases.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
