Account Manager - Mid Market Channel

Monday to Friday - Full Time - Hybrid

About The Role

Join our established Mid Market Account Management team to support our public sector corporate customers with company cars and light commercial vehicles. This fast-paced role involves providing expert advice on fleet management and offers opportunities for internal upskilling across our sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own customer portfolio
  • Deliver high-quality customer service
  • Develop solutions and resolve issues to optimize service
  • Manage overdue debts and contact customers to resolve discrepancies

What We’re Looking For

An outstanding account manager with excellent telephone etiquette, accustomed to working in a dynamic environment. You should take ownership of your responsibilities with professionalism and tact.

  • Professional yet personable interpersonal skills
  • Strong ownership and problem-solving abilities

The Package

Starting salary up to £31,000 OTE, comprising a basic of up to £27,000 and a £4,000 core commission, with potential additional earnings of £3,000 through over-performance.

Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, an extra day for your birthday, and the option to purchase 5 additional days.
