What You’ll Be Doing -

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our customer journey, helping people finance the car of their dreams. You’ll:

• Convert warm, inbound leads into successful sales (no cold calling!)
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored finance solutions
• Build lasting relationships with customers, dealers, and lenders
• Hit your sales targets and celebrate your wins in a performance-driven team
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, from application to payout

What We’re Looking For

• A solid background in sales (car finance a bonus!)
• Confident communicator with great negotiation skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and laser-focused on results
• Resilient and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools

Shifts: 08:00–17:00, 09:00–18:00, and one late (10:00–19:00) per week

Weekend work required with a weekday off in lieu to keep things balanced
