Job summary

A waste management company in Windsor is seeking a Salary Supervisor to oversee health and safety compliance and manage street cleaning operations. You will support staff training and development, maintain vehicles and equipment, and ensure policies are adhered to. Ideal candidates should have local area knowledge and excellent communication skills. Salary Supervisor

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Windsor Depot, SL4 4LR

What will you be doing?

• Overseeing health and safety compliance and supervising street cleaning operations
• Managing staff, ensuring policies are followed, and supporting training and development
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment, and monitoring performance standards
• Deputising for the Manager and adapting to special events or emergencies
• Liaising with admin, overseeing subcontractors, and representing the company positively

• Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good timekeeping, communication, and customer service skills
• Willingness to work in all conditions and complete required training
