Job summary

Putneymead Group Medical Practice in Putney, SW London, is seeking a Salaried GP with a view to Partnership within 12 months. The role involves 4-5 sessions per week and a supportive, progressive practice with a multidisciplinary team and emphasis on education, innovation and quality improvement.

You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across clinical governance and service development, with opportunities for leadership and remunerated management sessions.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration and inclusion on the GP Register.
• Completion of GP training and MRCGP or equivalent.
• Experience working in UK general practice.
• Excellent clinical communication and consultation skills.
• Good IT skills and willingness to use EMIS Web.
• Commitment to equality diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient-centred clinical care including face-to-face and remote consultations.
• Support clinical governance, quality improvement and safeguarding.
• Lead practice development, participate in partnership meetings and remunerated management sessions.
• Contribute to leadership, service development and partnership progression.
