Job summary

Malvern Health Centre in Malvern, Worcestershire is seeking a salaried GP to join our friendly, innovative practice of 4 partner GPs, 4 salaried GPs and an ACP, serving just under 13,000 patients.

We offer a 6/8 session week with a supportive MDT and a total triage model to ensure patients see the right clinician at the right time, with opportunities for ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Essential GMC registration and licence to practise.
• Inclusion on NHS England Medical Performers List (or eligible) with no conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GP consultations (surgery and telephone) as part of routine patient care.
• Attend home visits and manage acute presentations as appropriate.
• Record clear, contemporaneous consultation notes.
• Prescribe appropriately within practice formulary and guidelines.
• Participate in meetings and professional development as required.
