Job summary

Hartlepool and Stockton Health GP Federation is seeking a Salaried GP to join our friendly practice team. This role offers 4-5 sessions per week with flexibility and a negotiable salary based on experience and commitments.

You will provide high-quality patient-centred care alongside experienced GPs, ANPs, nurses and admin staff, contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary environment and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered GP with a licence to practise.
• Eligible for NHS England Medical Performers List or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face, telephone and online consultations.
• Manage and diagnose acute and long-term conditions.
• Undertake home visits on a shared rota when required.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using the practice system.
• Administration of letters and test results.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, clinical governance and quality improvement.
