Job summary

Malvern Hills GP Practice in Malvern is seeking a salaried GP to join a forward-thinking team. You will manage personal patient lists with genuine continuity of care and contribute to a stable, predictable schedule.

The role offers 4–6 sessions weekly (Mondays essential) with 1–2 monthly admin sessions, a daily team coffee break, and access to a fellowship program in the first year.

Qualifications

• You must be a qualified GP and registered with the GMC (and UK performers list).
• Experience in a training practice is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Background

Location

The practice is set in a market town at the foot of the Malvern Hills, with a mainline train station providing a direct link to London.

The Practice

• GP Training Practice, with a GP trainer in post and a second colleague working towards trainer accreditation
• High-achieving QOF performance across the board
• Mid-sized practice with a strong local reputation and genuinely low staff turnover
• Strong partnership team backed by a large salaried GP team
• Well-resourced multidisciplinary support, including Advanced Care Practitioners, a Physician Associate, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists and a Pharmacy Technician
• CQC rated Good overall

Your Role
