Job summary

Urban Practice in Paisley is seeking a salaried GP to join a friendly, supportive team for 6-10 sessions weekly. The role features 15-minute appointments, protected time for meetings, and minimal home visits, with opportunities for Vision training and docman.

We offer a competitive salary package, study leave, and opportunities to participate in quality improvement projects within a strong MDT including nurses, wellbeing staff and pharmacists. Informal visits for coffee are welcome.

Job description

Love Street Medical Centre is a friendly, supportive and open minded team based in the heart of Paisley who are keen to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated salaried GP to join our team for between 6-10 sessions weekly.

About the practice:

We currently have three salaried GP s and 1 ANP with a strong and welcoming team culture, as well as a full MDT including practice nurse, HCAs, phlebotomy, link workers, pharmacist, and a wellbeing nurse. We have excellent ties with our community district nursing team and have regular palliative and health visitor meetings.

We have already made the transition to the vision computer system, and are happy to support training and additional support for GP s unfamiliar with this system.

Team wellbeing is important to us; workload is moderated to reflect BMA guidelines. We have an appointment book with 12 appointments in the morning and afternoons, and capped workload including docman and acute prescription requests.
