Job summary

Central Buchan Medical Practice in Fraserburgh is seeking a salaried GP (4–10 sessions) to join our friendly, forward-thinking team. We offer a supportive environment, flexible working and a strong emphasis on work-life balance, with no late nights as part of our practice policy.

We are a well-established GMS practice backed by an advanced nurse practitioner, a practice-employed paramedic and a capable admin team. Long-term locum and trainer opportunities may develop as we grow.

Central Buchan Medical Practice is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated Salaried GP (4-10sessions) to join our friendly, supportive and forward thinking practice.however we cannot currently sponsor international candidates unfortunately.

We are mutually supportive and encourage personal and professional development while providing high quality patient care and also ensuring a good work/life balance in the team. Growth and development of all our staff is key to our ethos. Flexible working is welcomed. We have a wide and work/life balance is a crucial component of our model - no late nights is a practice policy! FT or PT salaried positions as well as long term locum positions are also available. We are in the process of being approved as a training practice longer term and would be keen to support further GPs interested in becoming trainers.

We are a well-established GMS Practice which supported by our Advanced Nurse Practitioner, practice employed paramedic along with a strong team of allied healthcare professionals and fantastic Admin team, all of whom we would be lost without.
