Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with valid licence to practise.
• CCT in General Practice or equivalent UK credential.
• Experience in general practice with autonomous patient care.
• Proficient in EMIS Web or SystmOne for patient records.

Responsabilités

• Manage a diverse caseload in a primary care setting.
• Provide surgery and telephone consultations and home visits as needed.
• Prescribe and review medications; document notes clearly.
• Work within a MDT to deliver patient-centred care.
